BCIS Summer Camp A 2015
Dear parents,
Thanks for sending your kids to BCIS Science Camp! BCIS Camp A came to a close last week with our last Family Friday, but the memories remain of all of the fun things we did: In learning about science, we hunted for insects and built volcanoes; we demonstrated the power of air pressure and modeled the layers of the atmosphere; we took a "journey" into space to learn about the solar system and the different planets around us; we monitored earthquakes and experimented with airplane design. But that's not all! We also made crafts and learned American songs, and played ball games for recreation. Above all, we learned English while making friendships between Chinese students and American teachers from Concordia University Nebraska. The teachers would like to thank you all for being part of such an exciting three weeks!
Please see the attached for children's photo! What a sweet memory! See you next year!
